Overview - Driveshaft

NOTE:
Do not perform any repair work on the driveshaft.
- Bevel Box
- Removing and installing. Refer to Bevel Box .
- Front Flexible Disc
- Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
- Bolt
- 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.
- Always replace after removing.
- Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
- For flexible disk to bevel box.
- Bolt
- 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.
- Always replace after removing.
- Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
- For flexible disk to driveshaft
- Driveshaft
- Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
- Removing and installing. Refer to DRIVESHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Intermediate Bearing
- Align it so that it is free of tension.
- Bolt
- 20 Nm + 180°
- Replace after removing.
- Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
- Bolt
- 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.
- Always replace after removing.
- Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
- For attaching the flexible disk to the final drive
- Flexible Disc with Vibration Damper
- Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
- Bolt
- 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.
- Always replace after removing.
- Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
- For flexible disk to driveshaft
- Rear Final Drive
- Removing and installing. Refer to FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
