Overview - Driveshaft

NOTE:

Do not perform any repair work on the driveshaft.

  1. Bevel Box
    • Removing and installing. Refer to Bevel Box .
  2. Front Flexible Disc
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
  3. Bolt
    • 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
    • For flexible disk to bevel box.
  4. Bolt
    • 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
    • For flexible disk to driveshaft
  5. Driveshaft
  6. Intermediate Bearing
    • Align it so that it is free of tension.
  7. Bolt
    • 20 Nm + 180°
    • Replace after removing.
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
  8. Bolt
    • 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
    • For attaching the flexible disk to the final drive
  9. Flexible Disc with Vibration Damper
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
  10. Bolt
    • 50 Nm and 90° additional turn.
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Allocation. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
    • For flexible disk to driveshaft
  11. Rear Final Drive
