Overview - All Wheel Drive Clutch

The All Wheel Drive Clutch Can Be Removed and Installed with the Rear Final Drive Still Installed.
- O-Ring
- After removal replace the all wheel drive clutch
- Coat with High Performance All Wheel Drive Clutch Oil and insert
- All Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-
- Removing and installing. Refer to All Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolts
- 9.5 ± 0.5 Nm
- Quantity: 2
- Flange/Driveshaft Seal
Refer to FLANGE/DRIVESHAFT SEAL ON REAR FINAL DRIVE, REPLACING .
- Flange/Driveshaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to FLANGE/DRIVESHAFT SEAL ON REAR FINAL DRIVE, REPLACING .
- Nut
- 210 Nm
- Always replace after removing.
- Secure using the Locking Compound:D 000 600 .
- Bolts
- 50 Nm
- Quantity: 4
- All Wheel Drive Clutch Housing
- Removing and installing. Refer to ALL WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- O-Ring
- Always replace
- 43.5 mm diameter
- For the All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
- Coat with High Performance All Wheel Drive Clutch Oil and insert
- Quantity: 2
- All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
- Removing and installing. Refer to All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 9.5 ± 0.5 Nm
- Quantity: 2
- Rear Final Drive
- Removing and installing. Refer to FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
