All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- If the removed All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- is being installed again, replace the O-rings -1 and 2-.

-- Lightly coat the O-rings -1 and 2- with High Performance All Wheel Drive Clutch Oil.

-- Press the All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- -2- all the way into the all wheel drive clutch housing. Make sure the wiring harness -3- is routed correctly.

NOTE:

Ignore the bolt -arrow-.

-- Tighten the bolts -1-.

-- Connect the connector -arrow- for the All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- to the All Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-.

-- Add High Performance All Wheel Drive Clutch Oil and check the oil level in the all wheel drive clutch. Refer to ALL WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH OIL, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Perform a basic setting on a "new" All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- after filling.

Tightening Specification

All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- on the all wheel drive clutch -item 11- OVERVIEW - ALL WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH.
