Camshaft Adjuster Valve Seal, Removing And Installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Fitting Sleeve:3378
- Bearing Installer - Rear Wheel Bearing Kit - Press Piece:3253/6 from the Bearing Installer - Rear Wheel Bearing Kit:3253 .
Removing
-- Remove the old seals with a suitable tool being careful not to damage the cover.
Installing:
Fig 3: Identifying Seal Installer 3378 In Cover Piece -1- And Seal Installer 3253/6 From Assembly Tool 3253
-- Do not lubricate the seal.
-- Fit the seal into the cover -1- with the Fitting Sleeve:3378 and pull it in with the Bearing Installer - Rear Wheel Bearing Kit - Press Piece:3253/6 from the Bearing Installer - Rear Wheel Bearing Kit:3253 until it is flush.
