Fiber-Optic Cable From Wiring Harness, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Disconnect the connector for the fiber-optic cable from the control module.

-- Release the retainer -1-.

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging the secondary lock when releasing the catch.

- Use a new connector housing.

-- Release the secondary lock -2-.

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging the fiber-optic cable due to dust and contamination.

- Use the protective cap.

Conditions

Pay attention to the allocation of "IN" and "OUT" at the connector housing.

-- Remove the fiber-optic cable.
