Door, Adjusting

Preparing

Requirement

The door is correctly installed, when it is closed and:

The procedure shown is for the left side of the vehicle as an example.

Gap dimensions, adjusting 

-- Remove the B-pillar lower trim panels. Refer to B-PILLAR LOWER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the bolts -1-, -2-, -3- and -4-.

-- Check the gap dimensions using the Gauge - Gap Adjustment: 3371  . Pay attention to the CENTER BODY when doing this.

-- Tighten the bolts -1-, -2-, -3- and -4-.

Flush dimension, adjusting 

-- Loosen the bolts -1- and -2- using the Wrench - Door Adjusting: 3320  and the respective bit.

-- Refer to Striker, Adjusting  .

-- Tighten the bolts -1- and -2-.
