Bumper Carrier, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the headlamps. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the lock carrier. Refer to Lock Carrier, Removing and Installing .

-- Loosen the radiator module and pry out of the radiator mount. Refer to RADIATOR MODULE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Prevent the radiator module from falling using suitable service equipment.

-- Loosen the washer fluid reservoir and tie up to the side. Refer to WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the inner bolts -6- on the left and right longitudinal members.

-- Install short Guide Rods :T10625  -4- on the left and right longitudinal members in place of these bolts.

-- Remove the outer bolts -6- from the left and right subframe.

-- Install long Guide Rods :T10625  -3- on the left and right of the subframe in place of these bolts.

-- Secure the cotter pin -5-.

-- Remove the bolts -2- from the left and right longitudinal members.

-- Pull the bumper carrier with attachments -1- in the -direction of the arrow- on the Guide Rods :T10625  -3- and -4-. At the same time, pay attention to the wires and disconnect the connectors.

-- Loosen the wires from the bumper carrier -1-.

Requirement 

-- Remove the cotter pin -5-.

-- Pull the bumper carrier -1- downward from the Guide Rods : T10625  -3- and -4-.
