Airbag Connector, Replacing: Installing

CAUTION:

Pyrotechnical components can deploy unintentionally.

Risk of injury.

- Discharge the static electricity: quickly touch the door striker.

-- Connect the connector -1- to the airbag unit with igniter in the -direction of arrow A-.

-- Press the connector lock -2- inward in the -direction of arrow B-.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Attach the connectors until they click into place.
