Seat Depth Adjuster, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Refer to Front Seat, Mounting on Fixture for Seat Repair  .

-- Remove the seat adjustment control module. Refer to Seat Adjustment Control Module, Removing and Installing  .

-- Move the seat depth adjuster as far forward as possible.

-- Release the retainers -arrows- using a commercially available plastic wedge.

-- Remove the seat depth adjuster trim -2-.

-- Unclip the seat depth adjuster handle -1-.

-- Detach the seat pan cover -1- from the front profile in the -direction of the arrow-.

-- Remove the nuts -3-.

-- Loosen the retainers -4-.

-- Fold the seat depth adjuster -1- upward.

-- Disconnect the wire of the seat heating element.

-- Loosen the cover from the side retainers -2- in the -direction of the arrow-.

-- Loosen the retainers -arrows- using a commercially available plastic wedge.

-- Unclip the cushion -1- from the seat depth adjuster -2-.

-- Remove the seat depth adjuster -2-.
