Luggage Compartment Side Trim Panel, Removing And Installing: Removing

The following information describes the removing and installing on the left side of the vehicle as an example.

-- Remove the rear shelf.

-- Remove the first aid kit.

-- Fold the rear seat backrest forward.

-- Remove the lock carrier trim panel. Refer to Lock Carrier Trim Panel, Removing and Installing  .

-- Remove the C-pillar trim panel. Refer to C-Pillar Trim Panel, Removing and Installing  .

-- Detach the rear sill panel. Refer to REAR SILL PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Vehicles with luggage compartment floor

-- Remove the luggage compartment floor.

-- Remove the luggage compartment floor bracket. Refer to Luggage Compartment Floor Bracket, Removing and Installing  .

Continuation for all vehicles 

-- Remove the luggage compartment carpet.

-- Free up the luggage compartment side trim panel -2- near the rear lid seal.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Unclip the luggage compartment side trim panel -2- in the -direction of the arrow-.

-- Disconnect the connectors.

-- Guide out the outer rear three-point seat belt.
