Test Requirements

Basic requirement is a checked and adjusted wheel alignment platform and alignment testers.
Check suspension, wheel bearing and steering for excessive play and damage.
Tread depth difference may be no more than 2 mm on an axle.
Tires inflated to prescribed pressure
Vehicle curb weight
Existing spare tire at the corresponding component location of the vehicle.
Vehicle tools are installed in the appropriate position in vehicle.
During the alignment procedure the sliding plates and turntables must not be at their end stops.
The test equipment must be properly adjusted and attached to the vehicle; at the same time observe device manufacturer operating instructions.
Initial instruction by the alignment tester manufacturer.
