Front Wheel Cover, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Remove the adhesive residue and the adhesive surfaces. Refer to Installation Requirements for Components with Adhesive Tape .

-- Remove the protective film -5- using the pulling aids from the adhesive tape -6-.

-- Guide in the front wheel arch trim -1- -arrow C-.

-- Engage the clips -4- from the front wheel arch trim -1- into the fender -arrow B-.

-- Engage the hooks -3- from the front wheel arch trim -1- into the bumper cover -arrow A-.

-- Press on the front wheel arch trim in -direction of the arrow A-.

-- Press on the front wheel arch trim using the Roller: T40400  in the area with the adhesive tape, using a force of 50 N to 70 N.

Requirement

-- Tighten the bolts from the front wheel arch trim to the bumper.
