Overview - Fuel Delivery Unit/Fuel Level Sensor, Vehicles With Parking Heater

  1. Fuel Delivery Unit
    • With the Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
    • With integrated fuel filter; the fuel filter cannot be replaced separately
    • Check the electric fuel pump in the Guided Fault Finding  using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, AWD VEHICLES .
    • Fill the vehicle with at least five liters of fuel after installing
    • Installation position. Refer to Fig 2.
  2. Clamp
    • Replace after removing
    • Secure the hose connections with hose clamps that correspond to the model.
  3. Clamp
    • Replace after removing
    • Secure the hose connections with hose clamps that correspond to the model.
  4. Fuel Line
  5. Grommet
    • Check for damages
  6. Fuel Line
    • To the engine
