Overview - All-Wheel Drive Clutch, Generation V And Generation VI

The all-wheel drive clutch can be removed and installed with the rear final drive still installed.
- O-Ring
- After removal replace the all-wheel drive clutch
- Coat with High Performance All-Wheel Drive Clutch Oil and insert
- All-Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-
- Integrated in OVERVIEW - ALL-WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH, GENERATION V AND GENERATION VI in generation VI and higher
- Removing and Installing. Refer to All-Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Quantity: 2
- 9.5 ± 0.5 Nm
- Flange/Driveshaft Seal
Replacing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .

- Removing and Installing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
- Nut
- Always replace after removing
- 210 Nm
- Bolt

- 50 Nm
- All-Wheel Drive Clutch
- All-Wheel Drive Clutch, Removing and Installing. Refer to ALL-WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Always replace after removing

- Final drive generation VI (without control module OVERVIEW - ALL-WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH, GENERATION V AND GENERATION VI): 6 Nm
- Rear Final Drive
