All-Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, GENERATION IV: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Replace the O-rings -1- and -2-.

-- Apply a thin coat of All-Wheel Drive Clutch Oil on the O-rings -1- and -2-.

-- Push the pump -arrow- all the way into the all-wheel drive clutch housing.

-- Tighten the bolts -1-.

Tightening specification: 6 Nm

-- Clip the wiring harness to the top of the all-wheel drive clutch and attach the connector -arrow- to the control module.

-- Add new All-Wheel Drive Clutch Oil. Refer to ALL-WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH OIL, DRAINING AND FILLING .
