Mounting Bracket, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the door inner cover. Refer to DOOR INNER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the door handle. Refer to DOOR HANDLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -4-.

-- Push the mounting bracket -1- slightly toward the rear and remove it from the door.

Cable, Loosening

-- Pivot the retainer -3- slightly -arrow a-.

-- Remove the cable pin -2- out of the mount.
