-- Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Unbutton the inner window shaft strip -1- -3- and remove from the adhesive tape -2-.
-- Pry the inner window shaft strip -1- evenly and without bending from the flange -a arrows-.
