Overview - Bumper Cover, Vehicles Through 08/2020

  1. Bumper Cover
    • PP/EPDM material
    • Partial sections, left, right and center
    • Partial Section, Removing and Installing. Refer to ATTACHMENTS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Locked and bolted to other components on the front bumper cover
    • Partial sections only to be removed when the front bumper cover is removed
    • Entire Bumper Cover, Removing and Installing. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  2. Bolts
    • For attaching the bumper cover
    • Quantity: 3 on each side
    • 2 Nm
  3. Bolts
    • For attaching the bumper cover
    • Left and right
    • Quantity: 3 on each side
    • 2 Nm
  4. Cover
  5. Bolts
    • Left and right
    • Quantity: 5 on each side
    • 2 Nm
  6. Support
    • Left and right
    • Engaged and bolted to the front bumper cover
    • To be removed only with front bumper cover removed
    • Removing and installing. Refer to ATTACHMENTS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  7. Seal
  8. Radiator Grille Reinforcement
    • Locked and bolted to the radiator grille
    • To be removed only with front bumper cover removed
  9. Support
    • For height compensation
  10. Bolt
    • Quantity: 1
    • 8 Nm
  11. Brand Emblem
  12. Trim
    • Painted
    • Engaged in the radiator grille
    • To be removed only with front bumper cover removed
  13. Radiator Grille
  14. Towing Eye Cover
  15. Bolts
    • Quantity: 8
    • 2 Nm
  16. Air Supply
    • Left and right
    • Engaged and bolted to the radiator grille
    • There are different versions. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information for the allocation.
    • Removing and installing. Refer to ATTACHMENTS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  17. Trim Molding
    • Center
    • Attached to the air duct and spoiler
    • To be removed only with front bumper cover removed
  18. Spoiler
    • Attached to the wheel housing liner and lock carrier
    • Attached to the air duct
    • To be removed only with front bumper cover removed
    • Removing and installing. Refer to ATTACHMENTS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  19. Bolts
    • Quantity: 10
    • 2 Nm
  20. Trim Molding
    • Left and right
  21. Air Supply
    • Left and right
    • There are different versions. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information for the allocation.
    • Engaged and bolted to the bumper cover
    • To be removed only with front bumper cover removed
    • Removing and installing. Refer to ATTACHMENTS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  22. Bolts
    • Quantity: 2
    • 2 Nm
