Gas Cooler, Removing And Installing.: Removing

Immediately seal off any open lines and connections with clean plugs from the Engine Bung Set :VAS 6122  .

If the gas cooler is being replaced:

-- Pay attention to the procedure when replacing the refrigerant circuit components. Refer to COMPONENTS, REPLACING .

-- Perform the "open the electric activated valves for the refrigerant circuit for extracting, evacuating and filling" with Vehicle Diagnostic Tester . Refer to Diagnostic Entries .

-- Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, DISCHARGING .

-- Disconnect the refrigerant lines from the gas cooler. Refer to Refrigerant Lines for Gas Cooler, Disconnecting and Connecting  .

-- Disassemble the radiator module. Refer to RADIATOR MODULE, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
