Refrigerant Shut-Off Valve 4 -N642-, Removing And Installing: Removing
The Refrigerant Shut-Off Valve 4 -N642- and Refrigerant Shut-Off Valve 5 -N643- cannot be replaced separately.
-- Remove the heat pump valve unit. Refer to Heat Pump Valve Unit, Removing and Installing .
Risk of damaging electrical components.
The electrostatic charge can damage electrical components.
- Procedures at the electrical components must only be performed at an electro-static discharge work surface.
-- Place the heat pump valve unit on the ESD Work Surface :VAS 6613 .
-- Remove the bolts -2-, -3- and -4-.
-- Remove the refrigerant line -1-.
-- Remove the bolts -1- and -2-.
-- Mark the connectors -2- due to risk of interchanging, then disconnect.
-- Remove the bolts -3-.
-- Remove the Refrigerant Shut-Off Valve 4 -N642- and the Refrigerant Shut-Off Valve 5 -N643- -1-.
