Refrigerant Expansion Valve 2 N637, Removing And Installing: Removing

The Refrigerant Expansion Valve 2 -N637- and Refrigerant Expansion Valve 3 -N638- cannot be replaced separately.

-- Remove the heat pump valve unit. Refer to Heat Pump Valve Unit, Removing and Installing  .

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging electrical components.

The electrostatic charge can damage electrical components.

- Procedures at the electrical components must only be performed at an electro-static discharge work surface.

-- Place the heat pump valve unit on the ESD Work Surface :VAS 6613  .

-- Remove the bolts -1-, -2- and -3-.

-- Mark the connectors -2- due to risk of interchanging, then disconnect.

-- Remove the bolts -3-.

-- Remove the Refrigerant Expansion Valve 2 -N637- and the Refrigerant Expansion Valve 3 -N638- -1-.
