Oil Pump, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Make sure the alignment sleeves -arrows- are inserted.

-- Check the oil pump screen and the oil channels in the oil pan upper section for contamination.

-- Insert the chain sprocket in the oil pump drive chain -2- and install the oil pump -1-.

-- Remove the Fastening Device:T40414  -A- and check if the oil pump drive chain -2- is correctly positioned on the chain sprocket.
