Front Air Duct Pipe, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the air duct on the lock carrier. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Loosen the clamp -2- and remove the charge air hose.

-- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to [For engine(s) DSFB] Fan Shroud, Removing and Installing .

-- Remove the coolant hose from the clip -3-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Loosen the clamp -2- and remove the front air duct pipe.

-- Remove the front air duct pipe downward.
