Upper Timing Chain Cover, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the engine support. Refer to Crankshaft, Removing and Installing .

-- Remove the Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N205- and Exhaust Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N318-. Refer to CAMSHAFT ADJUSTMENT VALVE 1 N205 / EXHAUST CAMSHAFT ADJUSTMENT VALVE 1 N318, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the clamp -2-, pull out the coolant hose and push it aside.

-- Free up the clip -2- for the wire.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Unclip the oil dipstick tube in direction of -arrow-.

-- Free up the wires.

-- Remove the bolts -1 through 6-.
