  1. Three Stage Chain Sprocket
  2. Guide Pin
    • 20 Nm
  3. Tensioning Rail
  4. Balance Shaft Drive Chain
  5. Guide Pin
    • 20 Nm
  6. Exhaust Side Balance Shaft
  7. Chain Tensioner
    • 85 Nm
    • Replace after removing
  8. Seal
    • Cannot be replaced separately
  9. Cylinder Block
  10. Intake Side Balance Shaft
  11. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
  12. Mounting Pin
  13. Intermediate Shaft Sprocket
    • Replace after removing
  14. Thrust Washer
  15. Bolt
    • Replace after removing
    • Tightening specifications and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
  16. Guide Rail
  17. Guide Pin
    • 12 Nm
  18. Guide Rail
  19. Guide Pin
    • 20 Nm

Step Bolts Tightening Specification/Additional Turn
1. -1- 10 Nm
2. -1- Conditions
  • After rotating the intermediate shaft sprocket the intermediate shaft sprocket must not have any play.
3. -1- 25 Nm
4. -1- 90°
