Carpet, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the front seats. Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the rear bench seat. Refer to BENCH SEAT/SINGLE SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the sill panels. Refer to SILL PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the A-pillar lower trim panels. Refer to A-PILLAR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the front belt end fittings. Refer to FRONT BELT END FITTING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the center console. Refer to CENTER CONSOLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the footrest. Refer to FOOTREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- If equipped, remove the rear air duct. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR ROUTING AND AIR DISTRIBUTION IN VEHICLE INTERIOR .

-- Remove the floor mats -2-.

-- Remove the clips -3 and 4- using the :VAS895015  .

-- Lift the carpet -1- and pull rearward.

NOTE:

Make sure the carpet does not tear at the openings.

-- Fold the carpet together and remove it through the front door.
