Sun Visor, Removing And Installing: Installing

NOTE:

Before installing check all frames for damage and if necessary replace.

-- Tape around the connector with a layer of foam tape.

-- Carefully pry out the vanity mirror lighting -1- at the opening -arrow- using a flat-head screwdriver.

-- Disconnect the connector.

-- Reach into the vanity mirror lamp opening with one finger. Slightly pull the headliner downward.

-- Slide the connector approximately 6 cm toward the rear between the headliner and the roof crossmember.

-- Engage the front retainer in the sun visor mount into the body mount.

-- Engage the rear clamp in the sun visor mount into the body mount.

-- Make sure both clips are completely engaged in the body.

Further installation is performed in reverse order of the removal.
