Seals of the adjusting bolts of the pressure and temperature sensors

  1. Pressure and Temperature Sensor
    • Note the different versions. Refer to Parts Information.
  2. Silicone Washer
    • Replace
    • Note the different versions. Refer to Parts Information.
    • Install without oil
    • The seal protects against dirt and moisture entering the threaded connection of the components.
  3. Seal
    • Replace
    • Note the installation position in the image.
    • Note the different versions. Refer to Parts Information.
    • The tabs on the loss protection device must grip into the rear recess in the sensor -1-.
    • Install without oil
    • The seal seals the refrigerant circuit. Seals -3- made out of metal (with a special coating) are currently used for refrigerant R744. These metal rings seal off the connection points between components that are bolted/screwed on and the refrigerant circuit.
