Repair Information

(1) Follow the manufacturer instructions supplied in the packaging.

2) Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information for the part numbers for the materials.

3) Use only new and originally packed chemical materials which are within the indicated storage life.

Assembly Instructions

The spoiler cannot be removed without damaging it.

The temperature of the room, the work station and the vehicle must be roughly the same.

Make sure to meet the processing temperature of 18 °C to 35 °C (64.4 °F to 95 °F).

Thoroughly clean the adhesive surface on the rear lid and spoiler using a new lint-free cleaning cloth and cleaning solution immediately before installation. Adhere to the flash-off time of 30 minutes. The adhesive surfaces must be dry.

Minimum curing time for newly bonded spoiler is 72 hours.

Minimum curing time is the time from applying the spoiler up to vehicle use.
