Assembly Instructions: Notes

NOTE:

Warm up the cover before removal using the Wiring Harness Repair Set - Hot Air Blower:VAS 1978/14A .

Only the Adhesive Remover may be used, at the same time pay attention to the flash-off time of 3 minutes for the adhesive remover.

Make sure the adhesive surfaces are free of dust, grease and dry.

The temperature from the vehicle, work station and component must be the same. The processing temperature is minimum 20 °C (68 °F) and maximum 35 °C (95 °F).

Clean the adhesive surface with cleaning solution and a lint-free cleaning cloth, and then let dry for 10 minutes.

Apply the cover immediately after cleaning and drying.

Only remove the protective film right before installation.

Maintain the minimum curing time at processing temperature for 60 minutes.
