Belt Pulley, Removing And Installing, DENSO A/C Compressor: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- Clean the A/C compressor input shaft.

-- Place the belt pulley on the A/C compressor input shaft. Installation must be possible without much force.

-- Insert the circlip. Flat side faces the A/C compressor.

-- Clean the thread on the A/C compressor input shaft.

NOTE:

The manufacturer has already applied a specific amount of grease to the new drive plate thread.
