Overview - Brake Pedal, LHD

CAUTION:

The path of the brake pedal must not be shortened by extra floor mats.

Do not lubricate or grease the mounting pin. The mounting pin must remain dry.

  1. Guide Bushing
  2. Studs
    • On the body
  3. Guide Bushing
  4. Guide Bushing
  5. Mounting Bracket
  6. Self-Locking Hex Nut
    • Replace after removing
    • Bolt tightening sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
    • 25 Nm
  7. Clip
  8. Cap
    • For the brake pedal
  9. Brake Pedal
  10. Bearing Bushing
    • Make sure it is in the installation position
  11. Bearing Shell
  12. Mount
    • For the brake booster push rod ball head
  13. Mounting Pin
    • Remove the mounting bracket to remove.
    • Do not lubricate or grease the mounting pin. The mounting pin must remain dry.
  14. Studs
    • From Brake Booster

Tightening sequence:
