Overview - Brake Caliper, Pc57 And C60

  1. Brake Caliper
  2. Hex Bolt
    • Replace after removing.
    • 35 Nm
  3. Breather Valve
    • Before installing lightly grease the threads. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information for the allocation.
    • 10 Nm
  4. Dust Cap
    • Install onto breather valve.
  5. Seal
    • Permanent and cannot be replaced separately
  6. Banjo Bolt
    • Cannot be replaced separately
    • 35 Nm
  7. Brake Hose
    • With ring connection, banjo bolt and seal
    • Make sure it is in the installation position
  8. Brake Pads
  9. Guide Pin
  10. Protective Cap
    • Grease the groove with the grease that comes with the repair kit and insert in the brake carrier and the guide pin.
  11. Brake Carrier
    • Is assembled with the guide pins and caps as well as with sufficient grease on the guide pins as a replacement part.
    • Install the repair kit if the caps or guide pins are damaged. Use grease packet supplied to lubricate guide pins.
