Overview - FLANGING Tool
Flange the brake lines using Brake Line Tool Kit:VAS 6056 to 5 mm outer diameter without damaging the coating. In this way, brake lines can be inexpensively partially replaced.
Brake lines must not be bent more than 90°, otherwise they kink or deform causes unacceptable constriction in the wire cross-section.
Disconnect the brake lines preferably at the underbody.
The position of the intermediate pieces should be selected so that they cannot rub against the moving parts.
Do not lubricate the spindle, clean only with mineral spirits.
