Overview - Suspension Strut And Upper Control Arm

The following information describes the removing and installing on the left side of the vehicle as an example.

1. Spring Support
   • Note the installation position
2. Shock Absorber
   • Different versions. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
3. Bolt
   • Always replace after removing
   • The bolt tip must face in direction of travel.
   • 70 Nm + 180°
4. Wheel Bearing Housing
   • Different versions. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
5. Nut
   • Always replace after removing
6. Protective Cover
   • Different versions. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
7. Spring
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to SUSPENSION STRUT, SERVICING .
   • Surface of spring coil may not be damaged.
   • Different versions. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
8. Deep-Groove Ball Bearing
9. Stop Buffer
   • Different versions. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
10. Strut Mount
    • Note the installation position. Refer to Installing .
11. Nut
    • Always replace after removing
    • 60 Nm
12. Body Front
13. Bolt
    • Always replace after removing
    • 20 Nm +90°
