- Outer CV Joint
- Only replace completely
- Removing. Refer to Outer CV Joint, Removing .
- Installing: Drive onto shaft with a plastic mallet until compressed circlip rebounds.
- Check using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester Refer to OUTER CV JOINT, CHECKING .
- Circlip
- Always replace after removing
- Insert in shaft groove
- Clamp
- Always replace after removing
- CV Joint CV Boot
- Check for tears and scuffing
- Clamp
- Always replace after removing
- Tensioning. Refer to Figure.
- Drive Axle
- Triple Roller Star with Rollers
The bevel faces the drive axle splines.
- Removing. Refer to Triple Roller Joint, Disassembling .
- Circlip
- Always replace after removing
- Insert in shaft groove
- Clamp
- Always replace after removing
- Tensioning. Refer to Figure.
- CV Boot for Triple Roller Joint
- Check for tears and scuffing
- Clamp
- Always replace after removing
- Tensioning. Refer to Figure.
- Adapter
- Joint
- Bolted to the transmission
- Removing. Refer to Triple Roller Joint, Disassembling .
- Internal Multi-Point Bolt
- M10 x 23
- First tighten diagonally to 10 Nm, then tighten diagonally again to the tightening specification
- 70 Nm
- Joint
- Attached to the transmission flange shaft

- Attached in the transmission

- O-Ring
- Always replace after removing
