Charge Air Pressure Actuator -V465-, ADJUSTING

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

Removing

-- Loosen the clamp -1- for the catalytic converter -2- and push the clamp on the turbocharger.

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Remove the nuts -2-.

-- Remove bolts -arrows- and set the catalytic converter slightly aside.

-- Turn on the ignition and select the following menu item on the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester:

-- Adjust the charge air pressure actuator linkage to the instructions in the vehicle diagnostic tester.

-- Tighten the lock nut with the Mini Torque Wrench:VAS 6854  .
