Overview - Charge Air System

NOTE:
Assembly of screw-type clamps for the charge air hose connections. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .
Before testing or performing a repair, check all air duct pipes and hoses and vacuum lines for leaks and secure seating.

- Charge Air Cooler
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Bearings
- For the upper charge air cooler
- Tighten bolts to 5 Nm.
- Rubber Bushing
- For the lower charge air cooler
- Lower Seal
- Charge Air Hose

- For the Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
- 5 Nm
- Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
