Fuel Filler Door Unit, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
NOTE:
Replace the fuel filler door after removal.
There are different versions. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information for the allocation.
-- Insert the water drain hose -4- through the opening in the fuel filler door unit -1- and then pull it all the way through.
-- Push the water drain hose -4- into the side panel.
-- Push the fuel filler door unit -1- in the side panel in direction of -arrow a- and pivot inward in direction of -arrow b-.
-- Push the fuel filler door unit -1- on the side panel in direction of -arrow c- until the hooks -2- engage.
-- Pull the boot over the filler neck -3-.
- Perform a function test on the unlocking components.
