Radiator Shutter, Removing And Installing

Removing:

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unclip the temperature sensor -3- from the air duct.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Disconnect the connector -4- on the adjustment motor.

-- Release the catches -5- and pull the radiator shutter -1- downward.

Installing:

Install in reverse order of removal.

-- After changing the radiator shutter a basic setting must be performed.

-- Connect the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Turn on the ignition and select the following menu item on the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester:

• 0001 - Adaptation of the Radiator Shutter Motor - V544
