Left/Right Front Seat Heated Backrest Z116/Z117, Removing And Installing: Installing

There are grooved recesses in the cushion where the wires are routed. Upholstery clips secure the backrest cover at the wires.

-- Make sure that the backrest heating element is completely installed in the grooved recesses in the cushion.

Vehicles with Standard Seat

Conditions

• Use a new backrest heating element when adjusting the bond.

-- Bond the backrest heating element centered evenly and without wrinkles in the sequence -1 through 3-.
