Sill Panel Trim, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Remove the adhesive residue and the adhesive surface. Refer to Installation Requirements for Components with Adhesive Tape .

-- Align the sill panel trim -1-.

-- Remove the sill panel trim protective film -1-.

-- Press on the sill panel trim -1- onto the outer side sill -2- starting from the front moving toward the rear, using a force of 20 N.

-- Roll on the sill panel trim -1- with Roller:T40400 in the area of the adhesive tape using 20 N.

Conditions

First the outer area of the sill panel trim must be rolled on, then the inner area -1-.
The minimum curing time must be complied to. Refer to Installation Requirements for Components with Adhesive Tape .
