C-Pillar Trim, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Remove the adhesive residue and the adhesive surface. Refer to Installation Requirements for Components with Adhesive Tape .

-- Guide the C-pillar trim -1- in the direction of -arrow A- in the roof trim molding -3-.

-- Align the C-pillar trim -1- with the clips on the C-pillar -2-.

-- Press on the C-pillar trim -1- until the clips audibly engage.

-- Press on the C-pillar trim -1- using the Roller:T40400  -2- in the area of the adhesive tape -3- in direction of -arrow- using a force of 50 N to 70 N.

Conditions

• The minimum curing time must be complied to. Refer to Installation Requirements for Components with Adhesive Tape .
