A-Pillar Cover, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Remove the adhesive residue and clean the adhesive surface -2-. Refer to Installation Requirements for Components with Adhesive Tape .

-- Align the A-pillar cover -1- in the direction of -arrow A- at the roof frame molding and the indentation in the A-pillar.

-- Remove the protective film from the A-pillar cover -1-.

-- Align the A-pillar cover -1- on the A-pillar -3- and press the cover on.

-- Press the A-pillar cover -1- on in the area of the adhesive tape with a force of 50 N.
