Lock Carrier Support, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the lock carrier. Refer to Lock Carrier, Removing and Installing  .

-- Remove the bumper carrier. Refer to Overview - Bumper Carrier .

-- Switch off the ignition and electrical equipment.

-- Place the vehicle key and other start authorization systems (such as smartphones) outside of the vehicle interior.

-- Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .

-- Disconnect the connector for the Front Airbag Crash Sensor -G190- and Passenger Side Front Airbag Crash Sensor -G284-.

-- Remove the lock washers -1-.
