Washer Fluid Reservoir, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the left front wheel housing liner. Refer to FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Place a commercially available drip tray under the washer fluid reservoir.

-- Release the locking tab -2-.

-- Remove the filler neck -1- upward from the lock carrier holder -3-.

For better illustration the following procedure is shown with the bumper cover removed.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of leaks.

- The washer fluid reservoir and filler tube are not designed to be separated.

-- Disconnect the connectors -2- and -5-.

-- Release and remove the washer fluid hoses -4- from the windshield and rear window washer pump -3-.

-- Remove the bracket -1- for the wiring harness from the washer fluid reservoir.

-- Remove the bolts -1-.

-- Pull the washer fluid reservoir -2- off the guide rails and remove.
