Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Loosen the clamp -2- and remove the air duct pipe -1-.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -2 and 3- and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Disconnect the coolant hoses -1 and 5- with :3094  .

NOTE:

Place a cloth underneath to catch any escaping coolant.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -2, 3 and 4- and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Remove the bolt -3-.

Ignore -items 1 and 2-.

-- Disconnect the connectors:

2 - For the Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42-

3 - For the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-

-- Loosen the hose clamp -4- and remove the air duct hose.

-- Remove the bolts -1- and the connection with the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-.
