Rear Lid, Adjusting: Procedure: Notes

To adjust or check the gap dimensions, use the :3371 . Refer to the appropriate information BODY, REAR or BODY, REAR .
-- If equipped, remove the left and right hinge cover. Refer to HINGES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- By loosening the bolts -4-, the rear lid -1- can be adjusted in the oversized holes on the hinge -a arrows- and -b arrows-.
-- After adjusting, apply a corrosion protection to the hinge and bolts.
-- Adjust the adjusting buffer -2- by turning it.
-- Adjust the rear lid -1- at the catch. Refer to Striker, Adjusting below.
