- Container bracket for power steering fluid; Tightening specification - 23 Nm
- Belt pulley on pump; Tightening specification - 25 Nm
Mount
- For the power steering fluid reservoir
Toothed Belt Guard Upper Section
Toothed Belt Guard Center Part
Nut/bolt
- Nut tightening specification: 20 Nm
- Bolt tightening specification Refer to -item 15) CYLINDER HEAD
Washer
Tensioning Roller
- Checking the half automatic toothed belt tensioning roller. Refer to TOOTHED BELT DRIVE TENSIONER, CHECKING .
Toothed Belt
- Mark direction of travel before removing
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- Removing and installing. Refer to TOOTHED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Rear Toothed Belt Guard
O-ring
- Replace after removing
Coolant Pump
- Check for ease of movement
- Replace completely if damaged or leaking
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to -item 14) CYLINDER HEAD .
Crankshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Tightening specification. Refer to -item 16) TOOTHED BELT .
Toothed Belt Guard Lower Section
Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Tightening specification. Refer to -item 18) TOOTHED BELT .
Belt Pulley
- For A/C compressor
Belt Pulley
- For power steering pump
Ribbed Belt
- Mark direction of travel before removing
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Belt Pulley/Vibration Damper
- It is possible to install in one position only, the holes are offset asymmetrically.
- Note position when installing toothed belt. Refer to TOOTHED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 25 Nm
Ribbed Belt Tensioner
- To release tension on ribbed belt, pivot using a wrench. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
