- Intake Manifold with Charge Air Cooler
- The intake manifold with charge air cooler are one unit.
- Removing and installing. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Replace after removing.
- Charge Air Temperature Sensor after Charge Air Cooler -G811-
- 22 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Charge Air Temperature Sensor in Front Of Charge Air Cooler -G810- /Charge Air Temperature Sensor After Charge Air Cooler -G811-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Replace after removing.
- Connection
- For the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
- Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42-
- 22 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Charge Air Temperature Sensor in Front Of Charge Air Cooler -G810- /Charge Air Temperature Sensor After Charge Air Cooler -G811-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

CAUTION:
When installing the intake manifold bracket or throttle valve control module bracket, make sure the brackets are not installed under tension or at an angle.
